Hydrocele treatment refers to the surgical treatment of a hydrocele, also known as hydrocelectomy. Hydrocelectomy is done to repair the swelling of the scrotum which is due to the accumulation of fluid in the testicle, known as a hydrocele.
This fluid may also be removed with the help of a needle and this procedure is known as aspiration. However, hydrocele keeps recurring until it is treated with surgery.

Appendix Treatment
The treatment of acute appendicitis is removal of the appendix (i.e. Appendicectomy). This can be done by an open technique or laparoscopically. Laparoscopic appendicectomy is performed by making three tiny (3-5-10 mm) incisions through which the telescope and instruments are introduced and the appendix is removed. The advantage of laparoscopy over open technique is less pain, early recovery and excellent cosmetic results. Also, laparoscopically the entire abdomen and pelvis can be inspected to rule out any other pathology.

Its main purpose is to store and concentrate bile produced by the liver. Bile is released from the gallbladder after eating, aiding digestion. Bile travels through common bile ducts (CBD) into the small intestine. Gallstones are pieces of solid material that form in the gallbladder. These stones develop because cholesterol and pigments in bile sometimes form hard particles.
